East Enders shock twists are like extreme ballet.
Excellent surprises of joy come reading books at your own pajama soiree.
Telephone calls from friends helps remove dismay.
Harmonious jazz notes float across the air starting a dance party with a latte.
Enthusiastic steps turn the hall into a runway.
Reducing stress with a good cuppa and a sweet entree.
Ideas become dreams that are here to stay.
Declaring here and now that smiles will not betray.
Grateful for kindness from friends may sound cliché,
Encouragement comes unexpectedly upon each pathway.
